Since the beginning of the Village Collective Impact Project, we have been working with community partners to improve access to services and reduce the barriers to inclusion for older adults in the Nipissing Parry Sound Districts. 

To streamline and reduce duplication, we have been working with the Nipissing Wellness Ontario Health Team (which services Nipissing and East Parry Sound) to transition all navigation of services to their site.
